A Regular Template is the standard form used for audits, inspections, checklists, and other general types of forms. Regular forms can be made available to specific teams for "ad hoc" completion by any user in the ZERO Forms Tool. Regular forms can also be used on schedules.
A Schedule Only Template means this template can only be used on schedules. Users will not be able to submit this template on an "ad hoc" basis. They will only be able to use this template if they have been assigned to the template via a schedule.
An Incident Template is specifically designed for collecting additional custom information about incidents. These templates are only made available on incident reports in the "Incidents" feature in ZERO, and therefore are not available for submission on Forms.
