Only Admins and Team Leads can create teams. Here's how to do it:
1. In the upper right corner, click on the gear icon and select "Manage Teams".
2. In the upper right corner, click on the "+ Create Team" button.
3. Complete the prompts to create a new team. There are specific settings to select for the team as well using the checkboxes. Select "Create Team" when complete.
That's it! The new team will be added to your list of teams. Now you can add users to the team by going to the "manage members" page.
