The Directory in ZERO allows you to view check-in status for any employee on any date from one page.
Here's how to use the Directory:
1. Login to ZERO. In the main menu on the left sidebar, select "Directory" at the bottom.
2. Here you will have access to the entire list of colleagues across your organization. Included are your colleague's names, daily check-in status, and desk phone number.
3. Search for any employee (OR any desk number) in the search box at the top.
4. Change the date selector box at the top to any date you'd like to see.
5. Filter by office location or by check-in status.
The table will update immediately based on your search term and/or filters.
