ZERO Spaces allows any organization to organize and assign workspaces to comply with guidelines and health/safety practices to ensure your workplace is healthy and safe. This is a premium feature and available by contacting your account representative. Here's how to edit workplaces. Please note that this use case is dependent on how your organization has authorized the use of ZERO Spaces.

When using Spaces, the Directory feature permits you to view check-in status, location, and office phone numbers for your location(s). 

1. Navigate to the ZERO Sidebar and select "Directory". 

2. You will have access to a list of colleagues at your location. This view is based on your ZERO user profile. Included are your colleague's names, daily check-in status, and desk phone number (present if the ZERO Administrator included that information in the setup of Spaces). 

You can click on the the phone number and call your colleague directly provided telephony is setup on your device. Check with your IT department to confirm this feature is available for your organization.
