It's easy to book desks for future days in ZERO. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the check-in page. You can get there by clicking on the check-in email or by logging into ZERO and going to the Dashboard and then selecting "click here" in the check-in alert at the top.

2. On the check-in page, select the date after "When" (click on the light blue text).

3. Select each day you would like to check-in by clicking the days on the calendar. Then click Save.

4. Complete the rest of your check-in steps as you normally would. Once done, click on "Check In" at the bottom of the page.

You have now completed a desk check-in for the range of selected dates.

If you need to delete an advanced check-in, select the "..." in the upper right hand corner of the Check-in banner on the Dashboard and select "My Check-Ins" from the drop down list. 

Then click or tap on the advanced check-in dates that you would like to remove.
