This article will show you how to create a schedule for your to send assignments to people.

1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

2. Click on "Schedules" in the dropdown menu:

3. Click on "+ Create Schedule" to open the schedule builder:

4. Name the Schedule, select the Template to issue with the schedule, assign the Team(s) where the schedule will be associated, and select the send frequency and time of day for the schedule. When complete, select "Next":  

5. Select the Responders who will be responsible to complete the Schedule. You can select all Team Members or individuals. The schedule assignment will prompt the person via email, push, and in-app notifications, as well added to their Dashboard. When complete, "Create Schedule"

6. Your Schedule is now up and running! Each Responder will receive the assigned Form at the frequency and time you selected in setting the schedule up. Further, if you need to adjust the schedule settings, select the "..." to the right of the schedule in the Manage Schedule List to edit. You can also add Responders by selecting the "+ Person" icon at any time.
