ZERO has a number of tools and processes which allow you to create reports for Posts, Courses, Incidents, and Forms. After pulling a report, you can also create a report schedule to receive ongoing reports automatically and at an interval that works for you. The automatic reporting process is the same for any of the tools available in ZERO.

Here's how to create a schedule to receive reports automatically and adjust as needed:

Note: To create an automated report schedule for Post, Forms, Incidents, or Courses, there must be results data available to generate a report.

1. Select the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Reports" from the tool you wish to generate a report for. You can also select "Reports" from the header tab on any of the ZERO tools. The example is using the Forms toolset.

2. Select "View History" on the following screen. This display also provides a historical list of all reports generated by your colleagues, which you can download as well.

3. Select "No" under the "Scheduled" heading for the schedule you wish to create and automate. If you do not have a report available, you will need to do that first. Here's how!.

4. After tapping or clicking on "No", a modal window will open so you can create a new scheduled report and receive it automatically:

The options for the automated report include frequency, timing, and who receives the report.

When you're done setting up the schedule, select "Create schedule".

5. The report schedule will now run based on the selected parameters. If you need to edit an existing report schedule, follow the steps above, and select the report schedule you would like to adjust:

A modal window will open and will permit the existing schedule to be adjusted as needed. Select "Update schedule" to save any changes.

If you wish to discontinue receipt of a report via an existing schedule, you can remove yourself (or others) from the delivery list by selecting the "x" next to your name.

You can also stop any automated schedule by selecting "Turn off schedule".
