"Alerts" in ZERO allow you to configure email notifications to be automatically sent when new submissions are made on specific templates.


Here's how to setup alerts in ZERO:


Note: you must be an administrator or team lead to create and receive alerts.


1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and selecting "Manage Alerts".



2. Click on "Create Alert"


3. Click on "New Submission Alert" (this is the option specific to form submissions).


4. Select your template/team and assign people to be notified




Anyone that is selected under "notifications" will receive an automatic email alert anytime there is a submission made on the selected template in the selected team.
