If you are already logged in to ZERO, you can also change your password inside the app:

1. Navigate to the sidebar and click on your name.

2. Click on My Profile.

3. Click on Edit under your profile.

4. Click on Change next to the Password field.

5. Follow the onscreen prompts and click on Save.

Below are the password requirements: 

  • One Uppercase Letter

  • One Lowercase Letter

  • One Special Character (e.g. $, %, @) 

  • One Number
