Please note: only Admins and Team Leads can enable/disable Kiosk Mode.

There are two ways to activate kiosk mode.

1. Activate Kiosk Mode using a "kiosk link" (which can be used on any device).

2. Activate Kiosk Mode on a specific device.

Either option will work - it just depends on your setup and use case. The 1st option is more flexible and significantly streamlines the setup for cases where there are multiple (or many) shared devices being setup at once (or managed as a group). The 2nd option takes a few extra steps to setup but is more secure (since users can only access ZERO from a specific device that you designate/control).

Option 1: Kiosk Link

1. Login to ZERO at https://app.teamzero.com

2. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the page and select "Manage Kiosks".

2. Click on "Create Kiosk Link"

3. Enter a password if desired and click on "create". Please note: users will need to enter this password to gain access to the Kiosk Mode login screen.

4. Your Kiosk Link has been enabled! Just copy the link or download/print the QR code, then share it with your users. From there, they will be able to click on the link or scan the QR code and immediately enter Kiosk Mode. Make sure to share the passcode with them (if applicable) as well.

Option 2: Kiosk Device

To enable Kiosk Mode on a specific device, follow the steps below.

1. Locate the device where you want to enable a Kiosk (you can enable kiosk mode on any device: desktop, tablet, phone).

2. Go to https://app.teamzero.com/login or open the ZERO app and login using your Admin or Team Lead credentials:

3. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the page and select "Manage Kiosks":

4. Under "Kiosks", click on the "Activate Kiosk Mode" button:

5. Add a name to the Kiosk device and select "Create" when complete:

Once you complete the steps above, the device will remain in Kiosk Mode until it is turned off by an Administrator or Team Lead.

With Kiosk Mode enabled, any user that is registered on your account will be able to access ZERO via that kiosk, regardless if they have an email address or not.

To disable the Kiosk, follow the same steps 1-3 above. This can be completed on the device or remotely.

1. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the kiosk you would like to delete and select "Delete Kiosk" in the dropdown menu:

2. Confirm the Kiosk delete by selecting "Delete Kiosk":

3. You will then be redirected to the ZERO login screen based on the device you are using:
