Kiosk Mode (KM) is the perfect solution if you need to:

  1. Add users to your account who do not have email addresses; or

  2. Create "kiosks" where many users can access ZERO from a single, shared device (e.g., an iPad stationed on a factory floor).

Please note: only Admins and Team Leads can enable/disable Kiosk Mode.

To enable Kiosk Mode on your ZERO account, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the device where you want to enable a Kiosk (you can enable kiosk mode on any device: desktop, tablet, phone)

  2. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the page;

  3. Click the Manage Kiosks tab;

  4. Click on the Create Kiosk button;

  5. Then add a name of the Kiosk device and click Create.

Once you complete those steps, that device will remain in Kiosk Mode until it is turned off by an Administrator or Team Lead. Once KM is enabled, any user that is registered on your account will be able to access ZERO via that kiosk, regardless if they have an email address or not.


To disable the Kiosk, you'll want to do the same steps 1-4 above and then click on the ellipsis icon next to the kiosk you are trying to delete (far right side of the table), then click on "delete kiosk" in the dropdown menu to delete the kiosk. You will then be redirected to the normal login page.
