Please follow the steps below to reset a password for someone else. Note: users can also directly reset their passwords by going to https://app.teamzero.com/resetpassword
To reset a password for another user, follow these steps:
1. Go to ZERO and click on the admin gear icon (upper right corner)
2. Click on "Manage Members"
3. On the manage members page, search for the user's name or email address
4. Next to the user's name, click on the ellipsis icon next to their name
5. Click on "edit profile"
6. Click on "reset password" at the top, enter a new password, and click save.
